Kidney disease :
1. Nephritis :
Nephritis is damage to the kidney glomerulus resulting in uremia, or edema. uremia is the re-entry of urine (C5H4N4O3) and urea into the blood vessels. edema is the accumulation of water on foot or on other body parts due to disruption of water reabsorption.
• CAUSE : Streptococcus bacterial infection.
• Treatment : Although formed scar tissue, kidney function usually returns to normal after the drug is stopped cause. If the cause is an allergic reaction, then corticosteroids can accelerate recovery of kidney function. Urinary tract infection is a door to a kidney infection, so keep your urinary tract is clean, not exposed to bacteria, which for example in women, usually acquired from the dirt that came out of the anus, the urethra into the hole. For men who are aged over 50 years, get prostate checked once a year.

2. Diabetes Mellitus :
Diabetes mellitus is the lack of substance production of insulin or less sensitive body tissues to insulin substances.
• CAUSE : 1.) Genetic or Heredity Factor
Diabetes mellitus tended to be derived or inherited, is not transmitted
2.) Viruses and Bacteria,
DM is the virus that causes rubella, mumps, and human coxsackievirus B4.
3.) Toxic or Toxic Materials,
Toxic materials that can directly damage beta cells are alloxan, pyrinuron (rodenticides), and streptozoctin (the product of a type of fungus). Another ingredient is cyanide from cassava.
4.) Nutrition,
Excessive nutrients (overnutrition).
• TREATMENT :
Diabetes can be avoided or reduced by knowing the blood glucose levels in the body we do regular inspections and penusrunan-due to increased blood sugar levels are always changing. If we are able to keep sugar levels within normal limits means that we can prevent complications of diabetes. Another way that you can use to reduce the complications of diabetes are: stop smoking, optimizing cholesterol levels, maintain a stable body weight, controlling high blood pressure (tension), and exercise regularly.

Liver Disease :
1.HEPATITIS : Hepatitis is an inflammation of the liver. Hepatitis is divided into A, B, C, D, E, F,and G.
• CAUSE :
a) Epstein Barr Virus
b) Varicella Chickenpox
c) Cytome Galovirus (CMV) • TREATMENT : Treatment of Hepatitis can be divided into two parts, a) chemical treatment that aims to kill the virus. b) supportive treatment which aims to protect the liver cells and helps to restore damaged liver cells.
3.liver cirrhosis : Liver cirrhosis is a chronic liver disease on the liver, characterized by the formation of connective tissue with nodules. • Causes : Cirrhosis of the liver can occur because of viral hepatitis B and C are continuous, because of alcohol, wrong nutrition, or because of other diseases that cause blockage of the bile ducts. • TREATMENT : Treatment depends on the degree of liver failure and portal hypertension. When the liver is still able to compensate for damage that occurs then the patient is recommended to control the disease on a regular basis, adequate rest, and perform daily diet high in calories and fat with adequate protein.
